Bénéfices de Neutrient Multi+

Energy + metabolism

B vitamins — including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B5, B6 and B12 — contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism at the cellular level, while iron supports normal oxygen transport and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iodine and magnesium further support normal energy metabolism, making Multi+ a genuinely comprehensive foundation for sustained daily energy.

Nervous system function

B vitamins, magnesium and iodine contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, while zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. B vitamins including B1, B3, B6, B12 and biotin also contribute to normal psychological function — supporting mental clarity, focus and mood as part of everyday nutritional maintenance.

Fertility + hormone activity

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, while folate and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation and cell division — key processes in reproductive health. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, making Multi+ relevant for both men and women at any life stage.

Thyroid function

Iodine — sourced from whole bladderwrack extract — contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Selenium further contributes to normal thyroid function, providing dual-nutrient support for one of the body's most metabolically active glands.

Foire aux questions

Consultez notre foire aux questions. Si vous avez des interrogations, veuillez contacter notre service client.

Is Neutrient Multi+ safe to take daily?

For most people, taking a daily multivitamin is safe when used as directed. They’re intended to supplement the diet and help fill nutritional gaps. However, if you’re already taking other supplements, it’s important to check with a healthcare professional to ensure the combined nutrient levels are appropriate and safe.

Should I take Neutrient Multi+ with food or on an empty stomach?

It is generally recommended to take multivitamins and minerals with food rather than on an empty stomach. Taking them with a meal, especially one containing some fat, improves the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) and minerals like zinc, calcium, and magnesium. Minerals are best taken with food to enhance absorption and reduce stomach discomfort reduces the risk of stomach upset or nausea. While water-soluble vitamins like B12 and C can be taken on an empty stomach, doing so may still cause discomfort for some people. Overall, taking a multivitamin with breakfast, lunch, or dinner is the best way to maximise nutrient absorption and minimise digestive issues.

Why have you included PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline quinone) in your multivitamin?

PQQ is a naturally occurring compound found in small amounts in certain foods like kiwi and green tea and has been studied for its role in cellular processes. We've included it in our multivitamin as part of a well-rounded formula, reflecting the cutting edge of nutritional research and growing interest in this innovative ingredient.

Can I take Multi+ while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s important to choose a supplement specifically designed for this life stage. These formulations typically contain appropriate levels of folic acid, iodine, and other key nutrients that support maternal health and normal development of the baby. Avoid taking standard multivitamins that may exceed safe upper limits for certain vitamins during pregnancy. Always speak to your midwife, doctor, or pharmacist before starting any supplement while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can multivitamins interact with prescription medications?

Yes, multivitamins can interact with certain prescription medications. Some vitamins and minerals may affect how medications are absorbed or how they work in the body—for example, vitamin K can interfere with blood thinners, and calcium can reduce the effectiveness of some antibiotics. It's important to talk to your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you take regular medication.
